James Farmer: CEO/Co-Founder
James is the CEO of WPMU DEV and also the founder and CEO of Edublogs. He’s worked previously as a teacher, Lecturer in Education Design at Deakin University and Online Community Editor of The Age. He’s based in Melbourne, Australia and enjoys football (the real version), a few drinks and hanging with Lol and their daughters.
Andrew Billits: CTO/Co-Founder
Andrew is a the founder of WPMU DEV and the Chief Administrative Office of Incsub. As one of the first developers to become involved with WordPress MultiUser, he probably knows more about the ins and outs of your blog than is healthy. He’s based in Birmingham, Alabama in the US of A.
Sue Waters: Community & Materials
Sue is the force behind The Edublogger and also the seriously well-respected author of the Edublog Mobile Technology in TAFE. She’s Australian, based in Perth, married with two kids and while not blogging works both with fish and other lecturers doing PD around e-learning, m-learning and everything in between.
Lol Brusch: Marketing
Lorraine looks after the marketing, look and feel and all those ungeeky elements of WPMU DEV without which we’d be completely stuffed. She’s got a background as a sales exec, entrepreneur and business owner and is the vision behind our development and success. While not critiquing sustainable business models, Lol paints, draws, designs and photographs.
Aaron Edwards: Core Developer
Aaron is responsible for the systems that manage WPMU DEV and BuddyDress, as well as countless other innovations and custom functionality which DEV members users enjoy. He’s a critical member of the Edublogs and Incsub team and while not at the keyboard enjoys travel and is the founder of the award winning MissionsPlace.com.
Sarah Gooding: Writer
Sarah is a prominent writer and authority on all things bloggy. In addition to her work with WPMU DEV she’s the lead author of prominent site WPMU.org and has a keen interest in tweeting, social media, BuddyPress and pictures of cute cats.
Barry Getty: Core Developer
Barry is a core developer with WPMU DEV, looking after plugins and the development of new functionality. While not strapped to a keyboard he’s interested in the WordPress community, Twitter, Guinness and occasionally dressing up like Santa.
Richard Kiew: Designer
Richie handles theme design, graphics and coding for WPMU DEV and BuddyDress. He’s based in Malaysia and loves playing video games and watching movies in his free time…and occasionally reading PHP and coding books from Amazon.
MichaelK : SysAdmin
Michael Katzenellenbogen is the person who makes WPMU DEV tick. He’s responsible for our extensive server configuration, caching, performance and security here as well as working extensively on Edublogs, SSO configuration and anything of significance that we do. Previously a core SysAdmin at the NYTimes.com, he’s based in Brooklyn, NY.
Tammie Lister: Designer
Tammie is is a pixel obsessed designer by day whose been in the industry since the web was all about animated gifs and text browsers. Her passion in design is color and layout and she can often be found getting far too excited about color schemes. In her downtime she runs, is an avid photographer and loves spending time with her 2 dogs.
Mason James: Help & Support Dude
Mason is passionate about helping people find the right tool for the job. He works tirelessly creating solutions and resources for new members. When not attached to the computer you’ll probably find him playing music somewhere. He’s a classically trained pianist, also enjoys playing guitar and hanging in a coffee shop looking for good conversation.
