Adding an image/logo to the branding settings of the theme. It will allow the image but it seems like the image is forcing the login drop down menu to the right of the image.

theme tailorI take it from the lack of image you're having issues adding an image? We are sorry if that is the case. That aside I think the issue is either you are not picking image and picking square logo or the image is too long for your menu. Rather than a screenshot a link would be far more helpful in this case but I'm sure it's one of those issues.

I am not great with HTML of CSS by any means... so any help with getting everything aligned correctly would greatly help...First off i figured the LOGO was too big but it doesn't matter what size logo, it still does the same thing.
The admin/ Community bar also is mis-aligned and is pushed lower everytime i add any logo.
If possible maybe we can disable the drop down and use BuddyPress Sliding Login Panel instead?

theme tailorFirst up it does matter what size image you have. The design is not for a full width image. You also have to make sure you have it set as image NOT square logo. That both matters.
First up make the image smaller say 200 pixels across or something then upload that as just an image making sure the square logo is off and see what you have. Then link up the navigation menus.

MemberI'm having a related issue. I would like my logo to be the full height of the logo banner area (100 pixels tall). When I set the logo to that height, it displaces the "Community" tab, the "Header Title" and description.
Is there a way to remove the padding above the logo, so it sits at the very top of the page?
I want it to look like this:
